This is a Regional Railways Class 153 Railbus. These are single car units made from split 2 car Class 155's. Introduced toi serve low passenger lines to save them from closing.

This is a paintshed reskin of a carriage so no lights or cab are available.

Uses some tectures by Ian Jenkins With Permission.
