RCH 1923 7 Plank Marshall Bros

A standard RCH 1923 7 plank (16ft 6ins x 8ft 0ins x 4ft 4ins) with side doors. Built in 1935, Messrs Marshalls were not listed in Trade Directories in 1933 and may have started in business with these wagons. South Wigston is on the MR Leicester -Rugby line and coal would have come from Leicestershire or Notts/Derbyshire.

Note that after 1940 PO wagons were repaired using unpainted planks and would
not have been seen in this condition in the 1950s and 1960s.

This asset is error free in T:ANE.
