RCH 1907 9ft WB bogie, independent either side brakes, 8 spoke wheels

Standard UK RCH 1907 spec 9ft wagon running gear (minus 'v' hangers and door springs as these varied and need to be modelled as part of the body) with animated solid 8 spoked wheels.

The brake gear is the independant double sided type, this means that the brakes could be manually applied from either side but only braked the two wheels on the side the brake was applied.

The attachment point should be at X=0m, Y=0m, Z=0.47m. Poly count is 2766/916/88.
