Ashton 6 inch 3 Chime Whistle
A nice recording of an Ashton 6-inch 3 chime steam whistle, turned into a three part hornsound. This was recorded from Mt. Rainier Scenic #5 in September of 1991. The Ashton 3 chime was used by thr Boston and Maine and many other railroads in the United States. The bell is the actual one used by the B&M T1 Berkshires.
