SAR/WHR NG15 3 Chime Whistle
The South African Railways Class NG15 Mikado are a series of 2-8-2 narrow gauge steam locos operating in many countries formerly part of the British Empire. Aside from South Africa, NG15's are operating Australia and a few examples also made their way to Wales in the UK. They used the SAR's standard chime whistle.
