BR BAA Railfreight livery - Weathered

Weathered reskin of Tom Youngs BR BAA Steel Carrier in Railfreight livery

This model represents an as-built BAA and features two additional LOD meshes, couplestar couplings and hoses, five different weathered BR Railfreight Chameleon liveries and compatibility with various TYind steel products.

305 BAA wagons were built at BR's Ashford and Shildon works between 1972 and 1976. With a capacity of around 77t, the type was used to carry various steel products alongside the fleet of larger BBA wagons. Many wagons were later fitted with cradles to allow steel coils to be carried vertically rather than flat, and these wagons were recoded as BCA, BKA, BYA or BZA depending on the design.
