This type of wagon is used for the transportation of Mollasses between sagar mills and various users. Mollasses is used as a Livestock feed supplement or as a starter liquid for the manufacture of alcohol. They are commonly seen in the Sarina area (Central Queensland) as Sarina has a Power Alcohol manufacturing plant.
