Construction - Steel Underframe and Cattle Crate.

Buffers - Origanally designed and manufactered with buffers but the buffers have been removed to conform with Network policy
Drawgear - D1

This type of wagon was converted from QLX box wagons, when the QLX box wagons were pulled out of traffic and moth balled. They are used to convey cattle from all over Queensland to the major Cattle sales and to slaughter houses. The stock crate can be removed from the wagon so the wagon can be used to carry containers.
