20T Cement Container Type 2

This is the second in a serious of 20 tonne 20 foot cement containers. This one consists of four 5 tonne cement containers attached to a frame that locks onto a wagon on the twenty foot container locks. It was originally fixed to a QR QFQ wagon. I have now made it so it can be loaded onto any wagon and as a scenery item
