An ex-PRR P-70 coach reskinned for the Indiana & Ohio Rail Passenger Co. When Railtex bought I&O, the original owner kept the passenger business assets and trackage rights, who renamed the tourist line around Lebanon, Ohio to the Turtle Creek & Lebanon Railway.
