Wheeling & Lake Erie GP7 415 with dynamic brakes, painted as if Nickel Plate Road's acquisition in 1949 didn't completely erase W&LE's identity. NKP assigned GP7's 413-422 to W&LE, plus all of its SD9's and RSD12's, so there was potential for this to happen.
