Josh Harvey's E8A model painted for the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad in their modified E-unit (and F-unit) paint scheme. This is an EMC EA that was rebuilt by EMD into an E8A, reusing the main generator, auxiliary generator, batteries, radiator sections, fuel pumps, motors, load regulators, 5-chime air horn, bell, and speed recorder.
