Model created by the American Locomotive & Car Company, reskin by the Cincinnati Southern Railway's Cumberland Shops.
Norfolk Southern business car #3, the Claytor Lake. While quite common on model railroads, in the real world observation cars were fairly rare, usually only used on a railroad's 'name' or 'varnish' trains, and then only on a select few. Many were used almost exclusively as business or private cars.
