GP39 Virginian HSH

What if the Virginian Railway last past 1959 (and bought high nose diesels)? Okay, the GP39 isn't as likely a choice, but C&O thought enough of these medium-horsepower engines with turbochargers to buy 20 of the 23 units ever made. I know, Virginian didn't place numbers on the cabsides of their diesels. Well, I figure that by the time second generation units were purchased, they got over themselves and started placing numbers on the cabsides. So there.
