GP38 NYS&W 2012 new

NYS&W bought a GP38 to handle traffic on the Northern Division, numbering it 2012 behind the 2 C420's, #2000 and 2010. It sees all kinds of service nowadays. This version has the updated cab numbers with the digits spaced more closely as they were after 1994 or so.
