Virginian was originally assigned five 2-8-8-2's numbered 900-904. These were refused. The President of the Virginian was, ahem, forced out of office, and the new guy accepted twenty USA-class 2-8-8-2's numbered 701-720 this time. Tender for USRA Light 2-10-2 - it's a bit easier to reskin if you don't mind the shorter tender for the 2-8-8-2.
