GP7 W&LE 420
Nickel Plate Road began ordering GP7's in 1950. The first
13 went to work on the IMC Division. #413-422 were used almost
exclusively on the former Wheeling & Lake Erie lines in Ohio hauling
coal and iron ore. What if W&LE stayed independent? Or merged with
Fast Freight partners P&WV and WM?
