Baltimore & Ohio Q-1b 2-8-2 4219
Baltimore & Ohio ordered 60 Q-1b class 2-8-2's in 1911 following the successful test of two E-27b 2-8-0's converted to 2-8-2's by Baldwin and the 150 Q-1's and Q-1a's subsequently ordered. The big difference is that the Q-1b's were delivered with superheaters, making them a bit heavier. Most received stokers later on. When they received outside steam pipes, a change made to 56 of the engines by 1924, they were reclassed Q-1ba. The Q-1b's were numbered 4150-4159 and 4170-4219. All were retired by 1956. A heavy 2-8-2 with 57 inch drivers, based on Atlanta, Birmingham, & Coast 204. Locomotives of this type were used by shortlines and class ones. It can be relettered by following instructions in the readme and the website you downloaded it from.
