Reskinned for Susquehanna 63, an F-28 class 2-6-0 purchased prior to Erie control in the 1890's for coal traffic from the mines in Wilkes-Barre, PA on the Wilkes-Barre & Eastern and the Susquehanna Connecting Railroad. This style of lettering follows a builder's photo as published in the book 'Erie Power' by Frederick Westing and Al Staufer. Tender for Baldwin modern 2-6-0.
