High Fructose Corn Syrup 42 -- Commonly used in baking and food manufacture. From the MSDS:
The high sweetness of fructose corn syrup makes it suitable for applications where
conventional corn syrups have been limited. High Fructose Corn Syrup is a very highly
fermentable, low viscosity syrup, composed of mainly fructose and dextrose.
