Blackpool Flexity pt3

Reskinned by me as Blackpool Flexity pt3. Many thanks to Piotr of PTRAM for permission to reskin his Siemens Combino. If you install the Asset 'BlackpoolDestSignTextures', and select the '?' in the Surveyor's Trains Menu, you can then select the Texture-Group 'BlackpoolDestSignTextures'. If you now click on the 'undef' link, you will be able to list and select Blackpool Destinations in parts 1, 3 and 5 of the Blackpool Flexity car. Save the Surveyor before exiting.
