QR 1620-1650

QR 1620-1650

The 1620 class were built from 1967 to 1969. There were a total of 34 class members. The 1620s were basically a continuation of the earlier 1600 class. These days the 1620s are sadly disappeared. Although a number are preserved, some were sold overseas to the Phillipines and Malaysia. This one has no logo, like the one at Redbank. I'm also informed that this is how they were when first released.
