Universal four-axle, all-metal freight car with enlarged body welded of higher strength steel 09G2C and intended for transportation of loose packaged, piece loads requiring no protection from atmospheric precipitation. The opened body has fourteen discharging hatches forming the floor of the freight car. The open-top car is to be unloaded through discharging hatches or by a tilter.
