This script library is used by many of the YARN(ish) models.
It was originally created by Madeline Usher. It was slightly modified By Steven G Treadway but It should still be considered as her sole property and is subject to the terms of her original license. Madeline deserves full credit and gratitude for the production of this library, but any commments, sugestions, complaints or death threats regarding this modified version should be directed to me not the original author.

Revision History:
- Fixed bug in scripting that prevented the code from working in TRS2004.
- Updated to build 3.1 and added support for L4L4 intersections (sgt).
