YARNish Signage - split L2.1->L1x2 double route

This is a programmable highway sign featuring left and right sheilds for one or two route numbers, left and right cardinal direction text and left and right texr lines for two destinations. The lower destinations can be replaced with centered distance for use as advance sign.
