Treadway Com Street
This is a very wide (for curbside parking) comercial street which includes sidewalk, concrete gutters and broken white centerline. While this road is capable of carrying normal TRAINZ traffic, none is generated by any of rhe components, so you will need something like BNSFs trafic spawner or a length of invisible road to get things moving.
