SE Ireland P1 1908

Its 1908 in the South East of Ireland and the railways are at their greatest. The Dublin and South Eastern control the South East, the Great Northern Railway of Ireland control most of the North, the Midland and Great Western control the North West, the Great Southern and Western Railway have control of the South West but has connections with the South East at Rosslare Harbour and connections with the North West at Colooney and Sligo.

The Dublin, Wicklow and Wexford Railway have recently completed their line to Waterford North Station and have changed their name to the Dublin and South Eastern Railway and have changed their liveries. The GS&WR have recently purchased the Waterford, Dungarven and Lismore Railway with help from the Fishguard and Rosslare Railways and Harbours Company(F&RR&HC) in order for a complete connection between Cork and the newly built Rosslare Harbour with a small connection to the old South East Harbour at Wexford. The GS&WR are however still contructed the Suir Bridge in order to connect the WD&LR to the GS&WR Station, Waterford North.
