The demonstration session for ' WeddinNSW: South lines to the Lachlan '.

Its December 1966, and a busy day on the Cross Country line and the Grenfell and Eugowra branchlines, in southern New South Wales, Australia. Sit back and watch the trains roll past.

The action starts on the Main South line, where the Intercapital Daylight express approaches Harden, bound for Melbourne. Some passengers will alight at Harden for connecting rail car services to stations through to Grenfell, and to Blayney. South of Cootamundra a 45 class diesel approaches with a consist of empty coal trucks returning to Lithgow. It will take the Cross Countr y line from Demondille, following the CPH railcar passenger service. Many miles away, at Eugowra, a 620/720 diesel railcar passenger service is about to depart. It will cross with an Eugowra bound CPH railmotor at Canowindra. Two fettler crews on track inspection and repair assignments trike along the lines. At Cowra, the 'cross country mixed', which provides a mixed goods and passenger service between Blayney and Harden, approaches from Blayney. At the same time an empty wheat train headed by Z25 class steam loco 2553 approaches Grenfell. Watch it on the turntable via the Lineside cameras as it is turned. It will load at a number of Silos on its return trip. Meanwhile the future approaches from the south. Twin 48 class diesels with a consist of empty hoppers in tow will cross the mixed goods at Koorawatha, then run through to Grenfell.

Jump between the first seven consists by holding down the <Ctrl> key, and pressing a number between 1 and 7. Or user the 'Driver' menu to select from all the defined consists. F5 toggles the 'HUD' on and off. If the Driver orders dissappear following a run around operation switch focus to another driver, then switch back.
