Made a few minor modifications

Arvada HO Model RR Club ...TS12 (fictional)

I modified 4 routes I created and placed them in a model setting. There is a wide variety of industries located throughout the route. The main industries include a coal loading facility, a coal power plant and a large container/trailer facility.
There are 3 passenger stations: Hager City, Fairview and Springfield.

Club Story:

The club started out in the basement of the original developer. As time went on, eventually 26 members joined the club and the basement became too small. In searching for a new home, the club learned that the City of Arvada was looking to restore a very large warehouse just a few blocks off of the main business district. The warehouse had a large space that wasn't being sold or planned for and it was a perfect fit for the club. In addition to several restaurants and a wide variety of shops the renovation could now include a model railroad club - drawing hundreds to the shopping area. A big win-win for everyone.
