Tugboat

This is a static 29 metre long tugboat based on European design.

Ships in Trainz are designed to float relative to the level of the seabed. This model floats at 7 metres. As an example, in surveyor, place a dock at level zero, make the seabed at level -10, and the water level at -3.0 metres.

The tugboat will float at water level.
