Road Edge Barrier

This is a concrete road edge barrier spline as used in Australia, set at a height to suit the road edge, but can be raised or lowered to any level required and bent to a suitable shape.

It has a width of paved shoulder that allows it to merge with a paved road surface. The hazard lights show up at night and are white in both directions,to suit driving on the left or right.

It matches the barrier on Road Concrete Bridge3, (kuid 60238:38071) and can be placed to align with it.

Note that placement is directional - if you place it from left to right, the shoulder will be on the opposite side to that when you place it right to left. This is necessary for use on opposite sides of the road. If joined to a section previously placed in the opposite direction, the original section will flip to match the new placement section.

If you do not want a new segment to join to a near previous one, hold down the shift key when placing or adjusting the second segment. Once installed you will find the barrier as Road Edge Barrier under splines in the Australia listing.
