Gondola Roller Bearing Bogey

A three spring roller bearing Bogey for the crane gondola, based on USA designs. The gondola is for maintanance and used when transporting the Bacyrus Erie 250t Crane car, to support the boom.

The bogey is updated to add a shadow model and amend the config file.
