Aircraft Engine Start Command
A rule for use in AI to send a command to an aircraft model to start or stop engines and animations, such as propeller animation and sound - used for my specially modified aircraft and helicopters. The B key may also be used in dcc mode for some models.
It is an adaptation of a general message rule by Bloodnok, used with permission.
