Tugboat James Hart

A driveable Tug Boat, the engine specification gives realistic speeds of approximately 18 kph.

The ship floats on invisible track set 3 metres above water level, usually at ground level. It is also passenger enabled, to load and unload passengers at suitable facilities, such as the Oil Rig and Heliport Seabase models.

The ship has animated searchlights at night.
