AISpeedControl
This rule improves AI speed control. With this rule active, AI's will only go as fast as the individual vehicles are permitted.
To add speed limits to vehicles, set the 'Max_Permitted_Speed' tag in the config.txt to a speed in either miles per hour or kilometers per hour.
