NG42 JRF Tanker ENEOS Taki1000

The high speed petroleum tanker Taki 1000 (max. speed 95kph) made its
debut in Japan in 1993 as a successor to the Taki 43000 (max. speed 75kph).
This example is of the colour scheme of those owned by Japan Oil Transport.
Original model kuid:117608:60730 by kenichiro.
Updated to TS2009 with prototypical 3ft 6in gauge bogeys replacing the SG
and tail lamps added using PEVs AttachmentMaker.
As near to prototype as I can get.
This version corrects category-class tagline in config file.
