NG1m Loco BB405 CFC (+s)

Metric (metre gauge) 414hp Locotracteur diesel with train sway.
Original mesh and textures by locovapeur (see kuid2:182970:405:3).
Updated to Trainz build 2.9 .
Replaced headlamps/tail lamp script in order to be compatible with PEVsoft Train Swayer utility.
(Bogey animation is 'incomplete' - which I am unable to fix).
