CDE GlobalList revised by permission from trev999 to CDE Trainz.

Generates linked lists of trackside object names which are initialised at session start, relieving other scripts of the need to resolve the object names. Returns a sorted list of the names of the specified object type. Access to the linked list elements is public. Each object is embedded in the linked list.
