Portland Gondola 28ft

Portland 28-foot flatcars based on those built for the Bridgton & Saco River Railroad, and with 12-inch gondola sides. This car has air brakes and knuckle couplers.
This model is based on and uses the standard features of Pencil42's 30 foot flatcars.
28ft 7.5in over draft beams, deck 28ft long by 6ft 8.5in wide. lbs unloaded; 10 ton capacity.
