All switches on the main will be set for you. Switches at the quarry will NOT.
Drive down to the quarry and load all the cars. Exit the portal 'Millville OUT' with engines leading and all cars loaded. You are not permitted to pull past the crossing once you are down at the quarry until it is time to leave.
