This is a reskin of trw1089's P32ACDM into Amtrak P40DC/P42DC in Phase III or Phase IV paint scheme.
Update 8/12/2024: All phase III Genesis based units I created are now updated to have their stripes widened to appear more prototypical. They can be now be compatible with similar P40/P42 models from Jointed Rail and others. This is my final update!
