Boxcar 60 Amtrak MHC-1 (Phase IV) - No Logo

Updated to have the correct mail loads.
Built by Thrall Car Manufacturing Company in 1986 as what amounts to being a 60 foot box car with passenger car type trucks and HEP train lines. This was the first generation of these types of cars, known as MHC-1
and used 'BX' trucks that were salvaged from former Railway Express Agency express-reefer cars. Due to several incidents involving these cars and a general decline in the mail and express traffic, these cars were retired by 2004.
