Mega High Speed Rail Project 01 (WIP)

This is a fictional WIP mega route for high speed rail (TGV, ICE, Shinkansen, etc.) in a northeastern US setting and it forms a mega region. This route was started by me, Trainmaster189 using the old NEC route (neuman706) along with two of NYOW2000's own routes for further expansion. I am no longer interested in finishing this project (including fixing up the latter two routes to current standards) because I would like to move on to other things in my life. I you would like to finish this route, please be my guest and please credit me for starting this route and the creators of the three old routes that inspired me to merge them.
