P32AC-DM Amtrak #707 (Phase III)

This is reskin of trw1089's P32ACDM into the Amtrak version (early Phase III) that is used on the Empire Service.
Update 8/12/2024: All phase III Genesis based units I created are now updated to have their stripes widened to appear more prototypical. They can be now be compatible with similar P40/P42 models from Jointed Rail and others. This is my final update!
