Ballast 01 mesh library

Meshes and textures for ballast 01 assets (piles, splines, bulk product and groundtexture). Texture based on photographs taken, with permission, at Burrell's Soils & Sand. Newcastle Australia. Corresponding snowy textures are also included.
This update adds meshes for a load of ballast 01 for my Mack B61 dump truck.
