Ballast 01 mesh library

Meshes and textures for Ballast 01 piles and splines. This update adds meshes for Ballast 01 spline 02, a track embankment spline.
Ballast 01 texture is based on my own photos of aggregate taken at Burrell's Soils & Sand, Newcastle Australia.
