This update adds normal-maps to the 'seasonal' summer/snow textures, removes some stark shadows from the front wall texture, improves the nightmode, rectifies the mesh-table that N3V tampered with and gives eyesight to the blind.

Made for Derrick Ricketts' Frisco High Line layout. LOD's at 626, 470 and 200 triangles. 1 material per mesh. Created in gmax.
