Ganondorf Route
This is just a backup of my fantasy route, in case something happens to my iPad. It is not completed!
If you want to get out of the start place, you can not use realiatic mode, and you'll have to set the first train's throttle to about 70%, and then go to the surface, and max the throttle on that train.
This route will probably not run so well on an iPad 1...
