Invisible loco
An invisibile loco, Can be used:
1) to give orders to portal-generated string of cars (the invisible loco shall then decouple and disappear)
2) to generate 'dummy' consists with a 'Delete train' order, so as to add randomness to the generation of consists from a portal.
