It is early morning. You make your way over to the roundhouse and climb aboard the C36-7 idling in one of the bays.
You skim through your orders while your partner checks the locomotive -
Proceed light engine to Austral Bay.
Attach 5 empty flat cars and proceed westward to Huff.
Load flat cars with tanks at the southern spur, Metal Fabrication Plant.
Proceed eastward through Austral Bay and up South Pass to Tinkers.
Stop at Tinkers, check train and check for revised trainer orders.
Proceed to VanDenH and unload flat cars at the Teamsters spur.
Leave flat cars in eastern yard and attach TOFC in southern yard.
Load trailers at Teamsters spur.
Return to Huff and unload and leave TOFC at Teamsters spur.
Return light engine to Austral Bay loco depot.
Sign off.
You are authorised to travel at up to 50mph except in yard areas where normal limits apply. Class 1 railroad trains will be running at 10 minute intervals.
